We care about doing our best for you, and will go out of our way to help you wherever we can.

Working in partnership with Citizens Advice Coventry and Christians Against Poverty, we offer members one-to-one support with a range of issues such as difficulties with benefits, housing, debt and more.

Our on-site adviser can help members understand their overall financial situation and help them through the process.

One-to-one support

We understand that getting the right support on benefits, housing or debt is about more than just getting the right information. 

That’s why we offer members practical support through what can be a stressful and difficult process. 

We tailor our support package to each person and their circumstances. Support can include signposting to relevant organisations, accompanying members to appointments for moral support, or opportunities to engage in health and well-being activities in our community hub.
